Admitted to practice before the Colorado State and Federal Courts, and in the United States Supreme Court, in November 1984.

CAREER HISTORY:

Attorney J. Brad March has represented individuals, businesses and governmental entities in Fort Collins and the surrounding communities since 1984.  Brad is a Fort Collins native and third generation Colorado lawyer.  As a partner in the firm founded by his grandfather, Brad’s practice emphasizes in business law, commercial transactions, estate planning, probate, municipal law and real estate.

LEGAL WORK EXPERIENCE:

Represents several local charitable Trusts.

Town Attorney and Municipal Prosecutor for Wellington, Colorado, 1993-Present.

Regularly appointed by the local Court to oversee or wrap up failed or complex transactions.
